• One (1) hour for rehearsal

Wedding:

• Arrival as early as 10am
• Four (4) hours of dressing time in two connected bridal dressing suites
• Hors d'oeuvres w/mimosas and nonalcoholic beverages during dressing hours
• Ceremony music
• Chairs for ceremony
• Microphone for officiant
• Sound check prior to ceremony
• Surround sound - music and voice - during ceremony
• Stand for unity candles

Reception:

• Tables & chairs for reception
• Linens-white or ivory
• Silver Cake stand-round or square
• Cake cutting service
• Optional Hot beverage service
• Indoor home theater for slide show presentations

• If you would like to host your rehearsal dinner at The Swanderosa, we will put together a personalized quote that suits your particular needs.
• We charge an hourly rate that depends on how many guests you are expecting and how long you would like to stay on the property.

*We do not have a preferred vendor list. You may bring in any caterer or food service that you would like to use for your event.

*We do not require alcohol to be bought through our venue. You can provide your own alcohol and bartending service, if necessary.
