It was absolutely amazing having my wedding here! Judy, Ashley, and Lesley were so helpful, I hardly did a thing. I even forgot my garder and Ashley made me one in five minutes!! I received so many compliments from guests that attended. I will recommend this to anyone who asks about venues!...
Interior
When you walk into the main house at The Swanderosa, you will be welcomed with open arms. Inside, you will immediately feel at home as you are surrounded by hill country elegance, at it's finest. You will find a large kitchen to suit your catering needs and an intimate bar that can be set to your liking. A plush Home Theater, right down the hall from the bar, seats 15 guests with comfortable leather couches. Ornate velvet drapes open to reveal an 11 foot screen to display your wedding slideshows or corporate presentations. Lounging areas in a formal dining room and a spacious family room provide ample space for your guests. Upstairs, you will find a dressing lounge that is truly unique. With two bathrooms, three full dressing rooms and a lounging area that includes a TV and pool table, you can relax with family and friends as you prepare for your big day.

Welcome to The Sweet Shoppe! A one of a kind, glass enclosed, air conditioned room provides an oasis during warm Texas weather. This room can be rented for an additional fee to delight all of your guests. Whether serving as a candy shop, a chocolate fountain bar or an ice cream parlor, you can send your guests off with a sweet farewell and reminder of your appreciation for their attendance at your event. With vivid colors and happy customers, The Sweet Shoppe will leave your guests satisfied and full of sweet memories.

Nighttime at The Swanderosa has to be seen to be believed. With a state of the art sound and lighting system, you and your guests will dance the night away under the stars.
